Etai Beck is the Co-Founder and CEO of Folloze, a leading B2B Buyer Experience technology platform.

He has over 20 years of extensive experience in general management, business strategy, product management and marketing, business development, channel and sales enablement, R&D leadership and project management.

Previously, following an acquisition of Kagoor Networks, a pioneer in Unified Communications, Etai served as an executive at Juniper Networks responsible for product management and marketing, and then went on to become the head of strategy office at Juniper Networks’ Campus and Branch division, overseeing a $800M annual revenue at the time.

Etai holds a BSc (Electronics and Computers) degree with honors from the Technion in Israel, and an MBA degree from Tel-Aviv university in Israel.

David Brutman is the Chief Product Officer and Co-founder of Folloze, the leading B2B Buyer Experience platform. David is responsible for Folloze’ product strategy and roadmap to transform B2B GTM teams to deliver on customer-centric strategy and gain unprecedented results and customer engagement.

David is a learner at heart, and an advocate of “engaging by education” rather than “engaging by persuasion,” frequently speaking and writing on the topic. He loves spending time consulting existing and prospective customers and is very keen on outstanding User Experience as a key driver of user happiness and value.

Prior to founding Folloze, David held Product and Marketing leadership roles at SAP and other leading customer-centric organizations, driving products from ideation to market success.

Itamar Golan

Itamar Golan has been the VP of R&D at Folloze since January 2021.

As VP of R&D, Itamar leads the R&D strategy and manages the execution of the R&D and Product roadmap, helping Folloze build the only no-code buyer experience platform.

Prior to this role Itamar has been a Senior Fullstack developer and Director of Engineering in Folloze, since 2016. Itamar also was the CTO & Co-founder of b4upay, a startup in the field of e-commerce. Itamar spent 5 years with Intel, as a developer and tech-lead in Intel's Advanced Analytics department, specializing in databases, BI, and machine learning, and designing complex systems.

Itamar is passionate about assembling and leading high-performance teams to create exceptional products that are built on robust software design principles. He takes great pleasure in collaborating with top-tier individuals, to achieve outstanding results.

Maya Orbach

Maya Orbach
Vice President, People and Culture

With more than 15 years of experience in people and organizational development, Maya worked with diverse organizations ranging from early-stage startups to large corporations. Maya holds a bachelor’s degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Babson College, with a focus on Organizational Behavior. She also spent a short stint doing research and working as a behavioral study manager at the MIT Media Lab, where she explored the intersection of people, their environments, and technology.

She is passionate about Culture and Organizational Behavior particularly in areas of rapid growth, shaping organizational culture, and development of talent. Maya is most excited about developing individuals to become the best versions of themselves at the workplace, and meeting their potential. 

At Folloze, Maya is responsible for Folloze’s company culture development, all aspects of the workforce and talent management, Human Resources, DE&I, hiring as well as Workplaces and internal security.

Adi is committed to developing and mentoring her team members, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Her consultative and results-oriented approach has earned her the trust and respect of her colleagues and customers alike.

Prior to Folloze, Adi held positions in marketing, industrial engineering and IT. Her varied work experience contributed to a unique perspective on the challenges that customers face.

As CMO at Folloze, Mary brings more than 20+ years of experience standing up, modernizing, and leading high performing integrated B2B marketing organizations. The early part of her career was spent leading the digital transformation of marketing for organizations like Microsoft, HP, and Cisco on both the brand and agency side of the business through the early introduction of B2B buyer journey alignment.

Mary launched a handful of the earliest ABM programs for companies like Centrify, Microsoft, and Ingram Micro CloudBlue. Harboring a passion for team culture, organizational effectiveness, and digital transformation, Mary brings a unique perspective on the shifts that are needed today to navigate the dynamics of our current markets.

Through her work as founder of Infinite Edge Consulting, Mary combines her expertise transforming marketing organizations, with a team of top marketing talent to help scale ups turn marketing into a value accelerator. Her recent work has significantly increased the valuation of scale ups like 1Password, Envoy, Tebra, Terrain Analytics, and P3 Health Systems.

Steve Bailey, Vice President of Sales at Folloze brings 25+ years of experience as a strategic revenue operator and builder leading startups from pre-revenue through key liquidity events scaling to $50MM+. At Folloze, Steve works across the GTM functions to optimize ARR strategy, and operational excellence. Steve also serves as a GTM advisor for Venture and Private Equity-backed start-ups.

Steve is a Midwesterner at heart but has lived in the Bay Area for 9 years. In his downtime, Steve can be found enjoying travel with his family, good wine, playing poker, and hiking.

Prior to joining Folloze, Steve drove growth for brands like SAP Concur, Cornerstone OnDemand, EmployeeChannel (acquired by JFA), and EdCast (acquired by Cornerstone).

Jason brings more than 20+ years of experience in scaling sales and service teams with a focus on operational excellence.  Prior to joining Folloze, Jason was the Sr. VP of Revenue Operations at Sangoma which is a leading global Communications as a Service (CaaS) provider.  At Sangoma he led cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategic initiatives focused on improving efficiencies and maximizing revenue.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from Faulkner University.
