What's the difference between ABM and ABX? +
ABM (account-based marketing) focuses marketing resources on a defined set of target accounts. ABX (account-based experience) extends that same account focus across the full GTM team: marketing, sales, ADRs, CS, and ops. It centers strategy on the buyer's experience instead of the seller's funnel. ABX is what most teams mean when they say "ABM 2.0."
