ENHANCEMENTS
Add & Save Custom Attributes for Campaign Recipients
Custom lead attributes, such as state and country, can now be added in bulk and saved for campaign recipients. Users can provide attribute details via a one-time bulk CSV file upload to add all of the pertinent details rather than adding them one by one.
You can find more information on adding attributes to campaign recipients in our Help Center.
Default for Company Info in Campaign Links
In the campaign link used for sharing boards via Marketo, Eloqua and others, lead email, name and last name are added by default. With this new release, we have now added the ‘company’ by default as well, so users do not have to add that manually every time they share a campaign link.
Visit our Help Center to learn more.
Add Custom Attributes to Links (Coming Soon!)
Users will soon be able to add custom attributes to links in order to capture additional information on a lead record in Folloze and pass to other systems. For example, if you want to capture a Salesforce Campaign ID and pass that value directly to Marketo, you’ll soon be able to append that campaign ID to any board URL. When a lead lands on the board using that URL, the campaign ID will be captured in Folloze. That data can then be viewed in the Pulse table download or pushed to integrated systems like Marketo. Talk to your CSM or Solution Engineer to learn more about when this feature will be released!
Apply External Cookie Consent Across Boards
As an Admin, you have the ability to manage external cookie consent messages for your boards at an organizational level. In the past, applying an external cookie message affected only new boards. With this update, you can select a toggle so that it would apply to both new and existing boards across the organization.
Visit our Help Center for more information on managing external cookie consent.
Navigation Updates & New Resources
We’ve added new video resources to the Knowledge Center and made the Help Center accessible directly from it, so you no longer need to go outside the app to find user information and documentation. Now you have easier access to helpful information and even more resources to help you get started and guide you through using Folloze.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPOTLIGHT: Matthew Brown
Some fun facts and insights about Matthew Brown…

I love to cook elaborate meals! As the son of two French Chefs, I had lots of exposure to foods many children would find odd, or even repulsive. From sweetbreads to snails, I grew up eating what my parents ate — the kid’s meal was never an option. Servers would verify that 7-year-old Matt would actually eat the mussels he ordered for dinner. As I grew older, I watched my parents in the kitchen and learned the techniques of making amazing French dishes. I now find it cathartic to follow a recipe and create delicious meals.
I am also a big Green Bay Packers fan. Growing up in Wisconsin, green and gold run through my veins. Every Sunday during football season revolved around watching the game. We were either hosting a football party at the bar my dad built in our basement, or attending one in someone else's basement bar. I no longer live in Wisconsin, but wherever I am, I find myself going to designated Packers bars during football season to meet up with other Wisco expats and carry on traditions of home.
Finally, I am always on the hunt for mid-century modern furniture deals. I was lucky to grow up in a ’50s-era modern ranch that had never been remodeled. As a kid, I remember hating our one-story house. All my friends had two-story homes that were built in the ’90s and early 2000s. I thought our house looked old and weird and I never wanted my friends to come over and see it. That all changed in high school when I took a field trip to the S.C. Johnson Wax Headquarters, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. It’s one of the most spectacular examples of mid-century architecture and it completely changed the way I viewed homes and furniture from this period. I began to appreciate my house for the rare gem it was.
When it comes to designing your first Folloze board, Matthew thought you should know…
My advice is to take off your marketing cap and ask yourself if it’s clear to your audience where you want them to go and what you want them to do.
If scheduling a demo with sales is the desired outcome, have you made it easy for them to do so or is that call-to-action sitting at the bottom of the board likely never to be seen? Have you viewed the board on mobile and counted the number of scrolls it takes to reach the desired destination?
These things seem obvious, but it's easy to overlook the basics when you’re consumed with so many other details.
