Announcing General Availability of Folloze Buyer Experience Platform 3.0!
On October 4, we announced the general availability of Folloze Buyer Experience Platform 3.0. With a new experience designer and enhanced data insights for better targeting, every marketer now has access to the foundation for delivering impactful, brand-compliant experiences that engage buyers throughout their journey, and lead to increased pipeline, conversions, and revenue.

The new release also allows customers to maximize the benefits of our powerful ABM and data partner integrations, including 6sense, Demandbase, and Dun & Bradstreet. NEW FEATURES
Bot Filtering
An essential part of measuring marketing impact in general, and specifically in Folloze, is ensuring that this data is accurate and authentic. One of the challenges modern digital marketers face when measuring that impact is traffic by non-human visitors, typically referred to as “bots” (robots).
As part of our commitment to provide customers with the most accurate engagement data, we launched a new Human/Bot filtering feature to give you accurate and reliable analytics on your visitors’ activity and board performance. We built this feature on Akamai Bot Manager, the leading solution in the market, which accurately detects unknown bots from the first interaction using a variety of AI and machine-learning models, as well as techniques such as user behavior analysis, browser fingerprinting, and more.
Folloze applies Bot detection and filtering at every level, from a single board’s Pulse Tab to the Report Center reports and Account Engagement Dashboard, giving customers full visibility and control over their data.

Archive Boards
You can now archive boards that are no longer in use to declutter your Folloze workspace and hide boards from views and reports without deleting them. Once you archive a board, it is no longer visible in the Company Directory or in the analytics data in the Reports and Account Dashboard.
Archived boards and all of their linked images and assets are placed in a separate folder so they may be restored (unarchived) at any time.

ENHANCEMENTS
Custom URL Attributes are Here
As promised, users can now add custom attributes to links in order to capture additional information on a lead record in Folloze and pass it to other systems. For example, you can now capture a Salesforce Campaign ID and pass that value directly to Marketo by appending the campaign ID to any board URL. When a lead lands on the board using that URL, the campaign ID is now captured in Folloze. That data can be viewed in the Pulse table download or pushed to integrated systems like Marketo.
Copy Email Templates
You can now copy email templates when duplicating a board or creating a new board from a template in Folloze Buyer Experience Platform 3.0. This new feature will save users time by being able to create email campaigns within templates and boards based on approved information and messaging.
Content Play: Ignore Weekends
Content Play allows you to set the cadence of emails in a campaign according to your preferred send frequencies (weekly, every three days, etc.). Weekends were previously calculated into those frequency settings automatically. With this new change, weekends are now omitted so that selected frequencies account only for weekdays or typical business days (Monday-Friday).
