Designer Tab: Moving General Settings

This is the first of many planned updates related to significantly improving the user experience for the Folloze platform this year. I can't spoil anything for you, but here's what I can share today.
In an effort to further simplify the process of building a Board, we have moved several Board-level settings from the General tab of the Designer to the Settings tab (pictured above). Moving forward, you can find your more general settings, like a Board's Vanity URL and the option to Enable Personalization Rules, by clicking the Settings tab in the bottom left of the Board Builder.
You'll still find design-specific Board settings in the General tab of the Designer, including:
- Theme Color
- Favicon
- Footer
[Admin] Footers: Hide Standard Footer

Starting today, admins can now choose to hide the 'Standard Footer' and prevent Board builders from selecting it within the Board Designer. The Standard Footer is the default footer that comes out-of-the-box with Folloze, and with this small update, enabling this feature will hide it from the Footers drop-down menu for all users.

[Admin] Email Connectivity: Limit Sends Per User
The first feature coming soon is a carry-over from last month. This feature is an organization-level setting for Admins to limit how many emails can be sent per user, either limited by hour or by day. Of course, this setting really only applies to customers who are making good use of our host of email campaigning features. This includes users currently integrated to Office365 and Gmail. We expect this enhancement to be available within the next few days.
Eloqua: Get Email Status
The second feature coming soon impacts organizations using Eloqua as their email delivery provider for Folloze-executed email campaigns. With this update, you'll now be able to view email statuses from Eloqua directly inside your Pulse Table inside Folloze.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPOTLIGHT: Liza Martinez

When asked for a fun fact, Liza thought you should know...
"Though I was born in the US, my parents are from Colombia and my first language was Spanish! Growing up, most kids went off to camp for the summer. My mom opted for my sister and I to go to camp for half the summer and then spend the other half in either Miami, FL - where my mom's side of the family resides - or Barranquilla, Colombia. The whole goal was to ensure that my sister and I spoke, read, and wrote in the Spanish language. And voila - we both do 'til this day. Even now, we speak more Spanish than English in my home to ensure that my daughter is bilingual."
When it comes to using Folloze, Liza thought you should know...
"I would encourage our customers to ask more questions! I always encourage my customers to bring any and all questions they have in mind to our conversations. Questions are followed up by brainstorming sessions, new product ideas, and learnings all around. At Folloze, new ideas are always welcomed and the brightest, most innovative ideas stem from asking questions first. I never say no when a customer asks something that we currently don't have a capability for. I thank them for bringing such a great question to life, let them know that I'll be bringing the details back to the team, and keep them posted on a possible new feature and/or a current workaround to use in the meantime."

The Folloze Best Board Awards: Winners Announced
Judging is over and the winners have been announced! Congratulations to our customers at Oracle, Cisco, Demandbase, ZS, and Intenseye for being named winners this year.
For those that don't remember, we opened the contest to three major categories: Best Nurture Program, Best Resource Center, and Best Event Landing Page. These five customers submitted Boards that made exceptional use of the Folloze platform to deliver standout, highly engaging experiences.

NOTE TO READERS
For those of you who always make it this far, this 15th edition of our monthly Product Spotlight will be my last, at least for the timebeing. Starting next month, Tara McMeekin, our Head of Content Strategy, will be taking over the responsibility of delivering product updates and announcements to all of our customers.
What's the reason for the change? After giving it a lot of thought, I've decided to step away from Folloze and take some time away from work in general. I've made the joke with a few people now that I haven't taken a real break from "due dates and deadlines" since Montessori, and so the idea of taking a short break to make time for myself and my non-professional interests is both nerve-wracking and exciting at the same time. I'm looking forward to dusting off my Nikon D750 and making better use of my kitchen (sorry in advance to Doordash for the "churn" you're about to experience within my account).
I'm not at a stage in my life just yet where I've had kids of my own, but as weird as it sounds, wrapping up my time at Folloze has me feeling similar to how I'd imagine a proud parent feels. The company, the product, and the team have all come so far since I first joined Folloze back in 2018, and going along for the ride has been incredibly rewarding. Both I and everything around me have come so far in these last four years!
I've always said that one of the coolest things Folloze taught me is just how important it is to work for a company that ships emotionally satisfying products. From day one, I've appreciated how frequently customers say something along the lines of "I just love Folloze" or "Folloze really does just help me get $%&! done". And from day one to now, I don't think that pattern has ever stopped.
To my teammates - Keep going! The only thing that stops us is ourselves at this point. For lack of a better cliché, the sky's the limit.
And to our customers - Thank you for making my time here so rewarding. You were easily, hands-down one of the best parts of the job!
