Account Engagement Dashboard (Available March 1st)

While many of you experienced the Account Engagement Dashboard firsthand as part of our beta program, we're excited to announce that this capability is now available to all users within Folloze. Continue reading for more details!


What is it?

The Account Engagement Dashboard provides a holistic view of engagement across ALL Boards spanning every customer, touchpoint and channel.


Why is it important?

In an account-centric world, personalized messaging and content play a central role. Specifically, marketing and revenue teams need to know how their target accounts are engaging with content across all campaigns and programs. Enter the new Account Engagement Dashboard.


For marketing teams, the Account Engagement Dashboard visualizes which target accounts are engaged and require further account planning and performance review. CS or revenue teams can drill into their owned accounts and understand engagement on a per-person level, including a complete view of real-time activity.


What are the specifics?

To access the Account Engagement Dashboard, click on the building icon at the top right corner of your Folloze app:

Once in the 'All Accounts' view, you will be presented with a list of all accounts that have any history of engagement with your organization's Folloze Boards. (For easier access to your specific accounts in the future, bookmark your relevant accounts and filter by 'Bookmarked Accounts'.)


From here, you can select a specific account to drill into, revealing a complete list of engagements by individuals within that accounts, including granular account engagement insights.


Finally, you can select any specific individual to view their respective Activity Stream and explore a full history of engagement across all Boards.



Email Connectivity

What is it?

With this new update to our email connectivity, users will be proactively prompted to connect Folloze to their email provider (only if they haven't done so already) when launching a Folloze email campaign. Additionally, admins will now be able to review the status of user connectivity within their admin panel.


Why is it important?

Occasionally, Folloze email campaigns are sent on-behalf-of users not properly connected to their email client which negatively impacts both a campaign's timeline and analytics. We're introducing this update to better ensure email connectivity across your organization so that email campaigns are sent as intended.


What are the specifics?

This update supports both Office 365 and Gmail customers.


For Gmail customers, there is no configuration required.


For Office 365 customers, we're releasing an updated Office 365 connector that requires activation at the company level. Once activated, the system will seamlessly migrate your existing users to this new connector by prompting any users still leveraging the previous connector to re-connect to their email account. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance activating the new connector.


ENHANCEMENTS

Duplicating Boards - Personalization Rules

When duplicating a Board, the new copy will now carry over the same personalization rules as well.


This enhancement is a huge time-savings for those who create template Boards for others within their organization as a baseline or starting point (as opposed to starting from scratch for each new Board). Whether you're creating templates or simply need to make a quick copy of a top performing Board, you no longer need to re-create any personalization rules.



Content Center Filters

We've made a small change to filters within the Content Center to simplify navigation and usability. You can now select 'Me' to easily populate only content that you've created or added yourself. Additionally, your selected filters will remain in the top for reference.



Promo Area Descriptions

The Description field within the Promo Area has been expanded from 200 characters to 500 characters. This enhancement gives you a longer form field within this space and adds more flexibility to how Promo Areas can be used.


INTEGRATIONS

Google Analytics: Global Tracking ID

You can now configure your Google Analytics Tracking ID to be set as a company-wide default. By default, any new Boards that are created will inherit the designated Tracking ID by default. Company Admins can configure from the 'Company Admin' console, opening the 'Campaign' pane, and finding the appropriate field under 'General'.


If you're a current user who is interested in exploring this for your organization, please contact your Company Admin. If you're a Company Admin who needs help getting this set up properly, please contact your Customer Success Manager.


COMING SOON

Microsoft Outlook 365: SSO Integration

Our Outlook add-in will soon be fully integrated with SSO for authentication. Currently, you are required to enter a separately-managed password to access the Outlook add-in for Folloze. Soon, you will be redirected to authenticate using your existing SSO provider. As you'd expect with an SSO integration, the best part is this should reduce the number of times you need to "login" to access your add-in.


For customers currently leveraging our Outlook add-in, this update is automatic and requires no manual configuration on your end. Since it does change how users will log into the Outlook add-in though, you may consider communicating this change to your broader organization.



New Navigation

This is just a sneak peek, but we're working on a significant update to in-app navigation to improve your user experience. This update will focus on improving onboarding for new users and streamlining how existing users travel between different areas of the platform. Watch for complete launch details next month!
