Pulse analytics makes it easy to filter out internal users.

Most boards have some level of visitors from within your company.You might also have “test” users to make sure the board experience is working as designed.
When it comes to reporting, though, filtering out those users so you get only prospects and customers.This was already on the Reporting tab, and is now available on the Pulse tab. Folloze can even remove Agency data that were added as users.
If you would like to permanently strip out these internal users, you can also click the large red “Remove testing data” button. For more details, click here!
Contact Card automatically added invitees as subscribers.
As the number of active boards increases, removing extra clicks becomes more and more valuable.
When invitees are added to Contact Cards, Folloze will now automatically add them as subscribers to the board, saving the extra step of manually adding them to the board.

2 Factor Authentication (2FA) gets smarter
2FA is designed to make sure only specific people get access to the board. However, the process should feel as smooth as possible for those people who should have access. Folloze has improved authentication in three ways. 📧
First, the verification link that is sent can be clicked for direct access to the board. No more copy/paste issues, or mistyped codes.
Second, you can set up a much longer expiration time for the verification link, up to 24 hours. And this can be changed on a per board basis.
And finally, you can control the formatting of the verification email address, so it look familiar - you might choose something like companyname.verify@follozemail.com

New for Buyer Experience 3.0 - Localization
The move to digital interactions has allowed us to connect with prospects and customers all over the world, and Folloze understands that localization is key for engagement. The all new Buyer Experience 3.0 has added localization for all buttons, forms, and all other areas where text is not editable.
You can also set Localization to occur automatically, based on browser locale.
We support 20 languages, including CJK characters 🌏. For a full list of supported languages, click here.
Image tracking
Measuring engagement means knowing as much as possible about the behavior or board visitors. Folloze continues to improve on the tracking of assets on boards.
In this release, we have added the ability to track when images with embedded links are clicked. For example, if you’ve added your company's social media links in icons on a board, Folloze will record the click and add it to our analytics. Any image with an embedded link can be tracked!
