ENHANCEMENTS

Email Limit Sends Per User Are Here!

As promised, our feature that allows Admins to limit how many emails can be sent per user is now live. This will help with compliance around email provider limitations for users currently integrated to Office365 and Gmail. This organization-level setting lets Admins limit — either by hour or by day — how many emails can be sent per user. The setting will be most impactful to customers who are making good use of our host of email campaigning features.

Eloqua: Get Email Status Now Available

Organizations using Eloqua as their email delivery provider for Folloze-executed email campaigns, can now view email statuses coming directly from Eloqua, in both Pulse and Campaign view. In case of an ‘Error’ status, details can be found in the Campaign download report within the campaign view.


Report Center Updates

External Default Filter

In an effort to eliminate the possibility of internal user data muddying customer data insights, the ‘External’ filter will now be a default setting on your reports. 


Identity Option Now Available on All Reports

We’ve added the “Identity” option to all reports, which allows you to see only known users that have provided their information. This filter was previously only available on Content Engagement Reports, but is now universal.

Save Report Filters, Save Time!


You will soon have the ability to save filters you’ve selected in previous reports, or those you create frequently, rather than re-selecting them each time you want to generate a new report.  

Targeted Events: Calendar Invites

This enhancement is geared at boosting attendance by ensuring that registrants don’t forget to attend events. You can now send a calendar invite for attendees to register anytime you schedule a new event and invitees will have the option to “add to calendar” directly from their registration confirmation email. They can also add the event to their calendar from a placeholder within the event Board.
