Our engineering team has been busy over the last few months working on some key features that are designed to streamline closed loop lead campaigning and follow up, all through Salesforce. We also developed exciting new email invitations and engagement summaries in addition to a new progressive CTA form.

Previously, we released the Salesforce Campaign Wizard that Allows marketing to predefine boards for sales to send to their leads, individually or as a group.
We have now extended this feature to be able to get real time alerts when your prospects engage with the boards sent to them and get detailed action lists that enable effective follow ups.
This allows sales to track the notification stream for new hot leads, and filter them by their engagement level. For example, you can view only clickers (leads that pressed a Call-to-Action) or super viewers, people that viewed at least 3 items. In addition, sales people can subscribe to email notifications for new leads.
With these enhancements, salespeople can track campaigns in real time and address hot leads, all within their salesforce environment.

Our Daily campaign summary email provides an overview of the activities in your top 5 boards over the previous 24 hours. It helps marketers get insights into the level of activity in each campaign, and some of the most engaged people. It is especially useful when marketers create boards for sales follow ups and track how impactful these boards have been for their sales teams. This digest is personal, and sales people will also get it for the boards they are using and are subscribed to.
We redesigned the email invitation that’s sent to prospects in order to optimize conversion, based on leading User Engagement studies. The new design takes advantage of the banner image and allows salespeople to plugin a customer logo to personalize their reach out. In addition, we also offer the text only email, for more casual reach outs.

We are introducing a new progressive and flexible form to capture lead information. The form is flexible in terms of the fields to present and the messages presented before and after lead information is submitted. It is designed to be progressive so any information that is already captured in the system will be pre-populated to the form.
